We appreciate your business and your excitement to support your team! That being said, every order’s time frame is going to be different.
We would like to make sure that you are aware that custom jerseys take 3 to 6 weeks for production and custom logo apparel can take 10 to 14 business days for production. However, specialty brand apparel such as Bauer, CCM and Under Armour can take up to 14 to 21 business days.

Every item on our website is custom made for you, per order. Once our production processes have begun, we are not able to cancel or refund your order.
If you do find yourself needing to change or cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. If your item(s) have not been put into production yet, we will cancel — with a restocking fee.
We accept no returns or exchanges on anything personalized with a name, number, or team logo. If your items are personalized with a name, number, or team logo, then it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Yes and no! If you’re looking for a certain item to be customized/personalized that is not on the website, you can reach out to orders@rinksidesportstampa.com and explain exactly what you are looking for. Large group orders or “team orders” can be placed with our employees to make sure you are getting exactly what you are looking for.
Team orders require a minimum quantity of 10 or more items and can be fully customized to be exactly what you are looking for.
